FILMING LOCATIONS seen in the episode 'DUCK HALT': Some location pics I took recently
Where Catweazle walks in at The Old Bull at Bodford, which is actually The Beehive at Epping Green. The interior of the beehive has now been renovated, so looks much different inside.

These are great - you easily forget that there were filming locations in Series 2 that were outside the bounds of the Brickendonbury Estate! Well done, Chas!

Yes, Alan.. There are a few other locations for this episode (DUCK HALT) but as yet not visited, like Moleworth, which is just north of Hertford North Railway Station... This is where Catweazle sees 'the mighty dragon in the great cave'.
Oh.. and yes, I did sample a beverage at both The Beehive and The Farmers Boy!
(They told me at The Beehive that the pub was also used in an episode of 'The Saint' called 'The Frightened Innkeeper')

Yes they were also great, I know Brickendonbury is a private house and we normally have to apply for permission to visit just so as any other members realise, it maybe a good idea to check with Carol in the first instance as many locations are on private property and as we have good relationships with many such as the farm etc we would not want to bring the club's name down, otherwise the pictures were excellent thanks again for sharing.

Chas is well aware of that and contacted the staff at Brickendonbury before attempting to visit. All permissions were sought and obtained.
